Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $300.
- Shipping costs for orders below the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@italy-textile.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
